Jake, Mary and I went to Ohio for a friends wedding and as we were there, we got to do some touring.
It was a long trip and many hours of driving but we couldn't miss out on these opportunities.
After a nice breakfast at IHOP, we are ready for our 14 hour car ride.
St. Louis
We got the chance to swing over to Kirtland. I've never been there so I was really excited. Mary served her mission there and wanted to give Jake and I a tour.
The Kirtland Temple! It was closed the day we went so we didn't get to go inside. But it was still fin being there!
The N. K. Whitney store was one of my favorite places in Kirtland. You could just feel the spirit when you walked in.
We walked around the Air Force museum with our friends, Amy and Spencer. That place is HUGE!

Amy, Me and Mary. We lost Jake and Spender so we are waiting for them to catch up with us.
There was an ancient mound in Ohio that we got to see. There is a lot of history with the mounds that you'll have to research them.
On top of the mound
We stayed at Jake's aunt's house. It was nice to not have to stay in a hotel.
