Jake's 24th!

Jake, my husband, turned 24 on the 20th of July! I surprised him when he got home from work. As soon as he walked in the door, I made him drop everything and we went to dinner and a movie. We went to a steak house called Callehans. Then we went to see Transformers 3. He has been wanting to see that one and it was really good! It was nice having a date night :) <3

Friends

What would we do without friends? When Jake and I were living in Tahlequah, we met some amazing people. Jim and Shannon Murphy. We just hit it off and have become really good friends fast! We go to each others houses and hang out, play games and eat some good food :) I'm so thankful for them and everything they do for us.

It's no wonder we are friends :)

Crime Watchers

My mom, Rachel, is the Public Affairs person in our stake. She handles all the public stuff that has to do with the church. We she, and many others, put on a event for the community and the stake called Crime Watchers. It was mainly for kids 12-18. The Springdale Arkansas Police department came with their K9 unit and they gave classes on Internet safety, Stranger Danger, Drugs and Alcohol. We had a pretty good number of kids show up.

Independence Day!

My uncle Adam out did himself again! Once everyone gathered at Adam and Tam's, we get headed to Zaxby's! They almost closed the place down for us. We filled the entire dinning area! Then we all hung out at Adam's till the fireworks. It was hot! Thank goodness J.D. brought his ice cream machine! The fireworks were amazing! And everyone LOVED it! Another great 4th of July :)
