Bridal Shower

Twilight : New Moon

 I saw Twilight : New Moon on opening night!! And it was awesome!! Me, Jake, my cousin Hannah and her friend, Alli, My sister-in-law, Kim, her mom and brothers, Todd and Craig and Craig's wife, Whitney, all went together. We went to the 12:10am showing. We get there about 3 hours eary and there were still about 100 people there!! Everyone was sitting down on the floor waiting. By the time the movie started the place was full! There was laughing at the beginning. And OOO's and AHH's when they showed Jacob Black without his shirt...oh yeah baby;)
Overall, the movie was amazing and I can't wait to buy it! :)

Silver Dollar City!

My family got the chance to go to Silver Dollar City with Kimball and his family! My family has Time Share up there so we had a sweet house o stay in. (Sorry, no picture) We got there before the Palmers and went to Silver Dollar City along with my husband to be, Jake. When the Palmers got there we all went to the Dixie Stampede. It is a dinner and a show with singing and dancing and horses! It was a blast! The next day we went to Siver Dollar City again. It was rainging so we went to some shows. Kimball and Mary got picked to be a part of one :) The weather finally cleared and we got to ride the rides over and over. Some of us got sick but all in all we all had a great time.

Palmer Family Reunion

Engaged!

I am engaged!! I can't believe it! His name is Jacob Hubler. We met at a YSA conference in May at a dance. We really hit it off so we went on a date and have talked to each other on the phone every night and seen each other every weekend. He lives in Oklahoma so it's a little difficult. He perposed on August 30th. I said yes of course. We are going to be married in the Oklahoma City Temple on December 29th 2009! =)

Lydia Mae Wheeler

She is here!! Becky had her baby! On August 12th at around 5pm Hyrum came home and checked Becky's blood pressure. It was way too high so Hyrum took her to the hospital. They got her on some meds and hooked up to a machine that kept track of her blood paressure and they started inducing her. Well, her blood pressure just kept climbing. Then they found out that the baby was breach. Since Becky's blood pressure was too high she coudn't push so they did a C-Section. The baby was born at around 1:30 am on the 13th. They named her Lydia Mae. She was 6 pounds 12 ounces and 19 inches long. She is the cutest thing ever! They are home now and everything is going great! I have a niece now!

Becky's Baby Shower

Me, Mary, my sister-in-law, Kim, and one of our friends, Malia, planned a baby shower for my other sister-in-law, Becky! We had a good show up of people too! There was tons of food and we played some really fun, and crazy, games. Becky got tons of little baby girl clothes...like she dosen't have enough of that lol. It turned out really well and I think everyone really enjoyed themselves.

4th of July

We had the 4th of July at my Uncle Adam's house. He had all kinds of cool stuff! Food, games, fireworks...all kinds of cool things! We had tons of fun.

YSA Conference

The Springdale AR, Stake put on a YSA conference. Just like Youth Conference only for YSA's. It was a 3 day event. Friday night the girls got to listen to Sheri Dew. The President of Deseret Book. She is an awesome speaker! I loved listening to her. Then we had a dance that night. Saturday we had a fireside with Sheri Dew again. Again, I just loved it. We had workshops we got to go to. We got to listen to the Mission President and his wife, President and Sister Seal, speak. We had another dance and food. Sunday we all went to a hotel to meet for church. It was a blast. My cousin, Hannah, amd one of my good friends, Malia, got to stay with Mary and I. During free time we went to the mall and hung out. I hope they start doing this every year like they do with youth conference!

Grandma Wheeler's 80th Birthday!

We had the chance to go to Utah and see the Wheeler family! My Grandma turned 80 this year! She got to have all of her kids there with her and some of her grandchilren and great-grandchildren. We also got the Springville High School band to march down her driveway and play a song for her. She was so surprised. Later she got a Priesthood blessing from her sons. She said it was the best birthday ever!...lol I loved spending time with the family again. We only get to see them every 2 years or so. While we were there we also got to have the chance to spend time with Cami and Seth, Krista and DJ Johnson, and mom's cousins Stephen and Geana. The weather was perfect the whole time! Can't wait to see you all again!!

It's a GIRL!!....we hope?

Hyrum and Becy are having a girl!! Well, we think. They went to the Doctor Thursday and he said he is pretty sure it's a girl....as in it had no "parts". They will know for sure this coming Thursday the 16th. They are really excited! We will have one boy and one girl in the family!...grandchildren I mean. They are thinking of naming her Rachel for now but it could change. Im so excited to be getting a niece!!

Twilight

Ok, so everyone was telling me that Twilight are the best books they have ever read. I thought they were stupid and no point to them. I wasn't that into Vampires and Werewolfs. Then some friends invited to me to see they movie when it was still out. So I went and I loved it! So I thought ok, maybe I should try the books. So I started reading the first one. I couldn't put it down! I was reading it all the time, or whenever I had time. Then I got to the second one and it was even better! I read them all in like a month. Which I know might be a long time for some people but I tend to take a while when I read a book. But I have just fallen in love with them! They are amazing!
